1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website (cheapoflightss.com) or making a booking with CheapOflights Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
CheapOflights Ltd. acts as a travel agent, facilitating bookings for:
- Domestic and international airline tickets
- Hotel and accommodation reservations
- Tour packages (Canada and USA)
- Travel packages combining flights, hotels, and/or tours
We act as an intermediary between you and airlines, hotels, and tour operators. The ultimate service is provided by those third-party suppliers and their own terms and conditions also apply.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise selected. USD pricing is indicative and may vary with exchange rates.
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified at time of booking.
- We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.
- Service fees applied by CheapOflights Ltd. are non-refundable unless a booking error was made on our part.
4. Pricing & Fare Rules
- Fares are subject to change until a booking is confirmed and paid in full.
- Quoted prices include applicable taxes and fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Baggage fees, seat selection fees, and other ancillary charges are set by airlines and are in addition to the base fare unless included in the booking.
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors before confirming a booking.
5. Traveller Responsibilities
It is the traveller's responsibility to:
- Hold a valid passport and any required visas for all destinations on their itinerary.
- Arrive at the airport/station with sufficient time before departure.
- Comply with all airline, hotel, and tour operator rules and regulations.
- Obtain appropriate travel insurance (strongly recommended).
- Ensure all names on bookings exactly match government-issued ID.
6. Changes to Bookings
Change requests must be submitted in writing to contact@cheapoflightss.com or by calling 1-833-562-7780. Changes are subject to:
- Availability from the supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator).
- Any fare difference between the original and new booking.
- A change fee charged by the supplier and/or CheapOflights Ltd.
Not all fares or bookings are changeable. Please review the fare rules provided at the time of booking.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details on cancellations and refunds. Cancellation terms vary by fare type and supplier.
8. Limitation of Liability
CheapOflights Ltd. is not liable for:
- Flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes made by airlines.
- Hotel overbooking or quality issues beyond what was described.
- Loss, damage, or delay of baggage.
- Force majeure events including weather, natural disasters, strikes, or government action.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking in question.
9. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and travel disruption. CheapOflights Ltd. is not responsible for costs arising from events that would be covered by travel insurance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
